Our operation is capable of accommodating various batch sizes to meet flexible types of production needs

Specifically, we handle batches of 25,000 vials at 500 mg each, 10,000 vials at 1 g each, and 5,000 vials at 2 g each. These quantities are managed with exact care to ensure consistency and quality across all production runs.

Powder filling machines accurately dispenses the API into the prepared vials. After filling, the plugging machine inserts stoppers into each bottle to maintain sterility and prevent contamination. Finally, the capping machine seals the bottles securely, completing the process.
