Michael Mrvos SVP Business Development began his career as a Combat Medic in the US Army where he learned the importance of teamwork and values in leadership. Mike brings more than 30 years of pharmaceutical CDMO experience. From concept to commercialization, he has supported customers with pharmaceutical development for clinical and commercial supply of both small and large molecules involving NDA, BLA & ANDA submissions. He has directed programs in cGMP manufacturing campaigns including analytical / process R&D, CMC, process validation, and ICH stability storage. Mike brings a distinct expertise in pharmaceutical excipients, API, and finished products utilizing ICH, WHO, USP, EP, JP, and AOAC guidelines. His most notable CDMO employers include Mallinckrodt, Nitto Avecia, Alcami and Cambrex. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry / medical sciences from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He is passionate about client programs and facilitating drug development to improve patients’ well-being.
