Rebecca Schray is a working Director of Project Management with extensive experience in the CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) arena. With a strong background in project management, Rebecca has successfully led numerous programs from R&D through early phase clinical across various dosage forms and applications. She maintains a strong commitment to proactive management of internal and external stakeholders through communication, transparency and risk management.  Rebecca excels in collaborating with cross-functional teams and is recognized as a strong problem solver.  With a research background and a Master of Science focused in Biomedical Sciences from Thomas Jefferson University, she brings a blend of scientific expertise and project management acumen to her role, driving successful outcomes in pharmaceutical development projects.
